Our client - A large local bank in the UAE is looking to hire Relationship Manager under Wealth Managemen t for their Distribution team.
The location for this job is in Dubai and you will be managing an existing portfolio of HNW individuals.
Primary Job Responsibilities include: To grow the portfolio of assigned clients, by identifying selling and cross-selling opportunities through the daily analysis and interactions made with clients, in order to increase client wallet share and loyalty as per the WM strategic goals of the Bank.
Develop and manage client relationships to meet client needs and achieve desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards and identify new clients and ensure the proper articulation of services/products (MF/Bonds/Insurance/Etc).
Manage the daily interactions with clients and provide superior client service in order to improve clients' experiences and maximise the Bank's profitability.
Assist in coordinating service provisions with others in order to ensure efficient turnaround of transactions and that clients' enquiries and documentation needs are met in a timely manner.
Monitor and control customer portfolios in order to achieve desired quality through cross sell, upsell and retention.
Cross sell and upsell various products of the portfolio to existing client accounts, based on the requirements of the client, in order to contribute to the increase in product penetration and wallet share of the existing clients.
Conduct a financial profile with each client to fully understand their requirements and future goals in order to identify and recommend products and services that help achieve the customer's future plans.
Professional Qualifications: Accredited Financial Analyst, Certified Investment Professional, Certificate in Quantitative Finance, Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified International Investment Analyst.
Master Financial Risk Manager (FRM), International Compliance Association (ICA) Specialist or Certificate in Conduct Risk Salary Budget: Monthly (tax-free) salary between AED 25,000 - 27,000/- Monthly incentives up to AED 75,000/- Family medical insurance and air ticket allowances.
