The Castle has almost completed a multi-million pound refurbishment program bringing back to life the regal grandeur of its past.
Located 20 minutes' drive from Bristol, it offers 26 rooms and suites, an award-winning restaurant, bar and two unique meeting and conference spaces.
our food style is modern British using the best locally sourced produce from our kitchen garden and around the southwest.
We operate 7 days a week, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and Sunday lunch as well as the occasional wedding and functions.

Job Description Full time permanent position 48 hours per week Salary £27,700 per annum An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months, about 3.5k annually) Ideal candidate a strong commis chef that wants to move on progress and be part of an exciting project.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving food in accordance with the hotel's high standards Supporting the kitchen team and helping colleagues Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures Qualifications Experience in a 3 AA Rosettes within a similar role.
