Job Title: Regulatory SolicitorSalary: £40K – £65K Location: Cardiff, hybrid.
Hours: Full time Overview: A Top Tier regional modern Leading Law firm is looking for an experienced Regulatory/criminal Solicitor.
They are considering applications from 2PQE -10 PQE.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to; * Work on behalf of businesses of all sizes other organisations in a wide rang of regulatory and criminal law matters.
* Acting on behalf of the Welsh government, Local Authorities and other regulators.
* Working on Contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Advising on prosecutions and regulatory investigations* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation* Accident investigation* Crisis management support* Drafting written representation to regulatory bodiesExperience Required:* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
Latest 2 years PQE in Regulatory/criminal law.
* This role is well suited to a regulatory lawyer with experience across the areas of Health & Safety, Environmental, Food Safety, Inquests and Product Liability/recall.
* Experienced gained in Private Practice or In House welcome.
* Ambitious and driven, looking to develop their practice* Criminal & Court advocacy & case preparation.
* Conducting prosecution * Advice to tribunals * Provide regulatory advice to companies and public authorities like health and safety.BENEFITS:* Clear path to Directorship.
