We're seeking a future team member for the role of Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our BNY Pershing Business on a Fixed Term Contract.  This role is located in Manchester or Liverpool and is Hybrid.
BNY Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners, and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement, and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 
Accountability for all regulatory reporting including the related interpretations, issues and deadlines for the UK entities. 
The position will sit on BNY wide regulatory forums and project groups and will interact on a regular basis with external parties such as regulators, auditors, industry associations and internal parties such as treasury colleagues, compliance and risk departments, systems specialists, group regulatory department and local entity management with front line regulator liaison.
Daily monitoring of key liquidity and capital resources against internally assessed threshold requirements to ensure overall financial adequacy rule is met.
Review and present quarterly regulatory returns to senior managers / CFO for approval for submission to the FCA, CBI, DNB etc.
Preparation of monthly capital packs with commentaries for presentation at the monthly Global Capital Review call with PNJ senior managers. 
Keeping abreast of regulatory developments to ensure continued compliance with MIFIDPRU regulations and provide impact analysis to stakeholders.
Support the overall internal capital adequacy and risk assessment (ICARA) process, coordinate and drive the wind-down planning process, provide SME input into the formulation of stress test assumptions and computation of impact to capital and liquidity threshold requirements.   
The role will also provide leadership and direction to a team of regulatory reporting professionals that are based in Manchester and Chennai (India).
