Join us as a Regulatory Learning Partner, NatWest Markets We'll look to you to support the delivery of regulatory learning strategies and mandatory training initiatives You'll work with, and support the NatWest Markets Mandatory Learning Lead in the embedding of our regulatory learning strategy as a risk mitigation tool.
You'll support the management, coordination, and governance of the regulatory learning curriculum, ensuring alignment with conduct, compliance, business objectives and diverse regional needs through the annual training needs analysis and plan You'll enjoy considerable stakeholder engagement, working with sponsors, subject matter experts, and our Learning & Development function to ensure learning content has measurable objectives and appropriate content and module governance maintained What you'll do This is a high impact role in which you'll embed our regulatory learning strategy.
You'll undertake and support the evaluation of learning initiatives, helping the assessment of effectiveness and risk mitigation impact.
As well as this, you'll be responsible for: Using data to drive continuous improvement Working in partnership with Learning & Development (L&D) to ensure seamless execution of the learning strategy and address any emerging needs Ensuring learning content has appropriate and effective content The skills you'll need We're looking for someone with expertise in regulatory learning and governance in the context of a global financial markets business.
Along with experience of learning effectiveness assessment approaches and data analytics, you'll have knowledge and understanding of behavioural and cultural change processes and associated challenges.
You'll have experience in the full learning life cycle including learning design, advisory, and governance of a regulatory training curriculum as well as expertise in applied learning and development theories, models, and best practices, particularly as they relate to regulatory training.
As well as this, you'll demonstrate: Strong consultation and collaboration skills, able to work with, support, and influence key sponsors and specialists across business and regions Well-developed verbal communication and presentation skills, able to present regulatory concepts clearly and effectively Analytical and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement and the development of creative solutions Good knowledge and understanding of the risk and compliance operating environment, associated policies, procedures, and protocols Experience of developing learning and development strategies in a complex business, and driving their use for strategic advantage
