Regulatory Healthcare Solicitor

THE FIRMA major national law firmTHE ROLEAn exciting opportunity to join an expanding and top ranked healthcare regulatory team, undertaking investigations and other key tasks for a large healthcare regulator.You will be working under the supervision of a partner or principal associate, whilst supervising paralegals within the team.The successful candidate will be highly motivated to develop their own and the team's practices.The firm provides a supportive environment in which to work with career progression within a firm committed to diversity, inclusion and social mobility.The role will include: * Case management and progression under partner or principle associate level supervision * Supervision and management of paralegals within the team * Reviewing evidence * Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements * Drafting instructions to counsel and experts * Corresponding with witnesses, experts, counsel and other stakeholders * Supporting stakeholders including vulnerable witnesses * Drafting court documents * Drafting legal advice on evidence and case status;ABOUT YOUIdeally previous experience along with a genuine and demonstrable interest in this work.This is a varied role for a lawyer 2-6pqe who has a flexible approach paired with previous experience of working in the healthcare, regulatory or insurance fields Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
