As the Regulatory Compliance Officer with a market leader in vehicle safety systems you will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations affecting the business globally.
This challenging role requires experience in compliance / risk assessment of automotive and / or electronics products

Your key responsibilities will include:
-- Acting as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
-- Ownership of the projects and tasks assigned to the Legal and Compliance Team
-- Ensuring all aspects of the supply chain adhere to relevant legal regulations, industry standards and internal policies
-- Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
-- Acting as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders
-- Preparing and presenting compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors
Your Profile:
-- Product compliance of automotive and / or electronics products .

--Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting the business globally (i.e.
anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG, Sanctions, Cybersecurity...)
--Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
-- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals and objectives
Soft Skills:
--Able to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
--Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate key facts
--Decision-making, especially in high-pressure situations.

--Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
--Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
--Attention to detail in planning, execution and follow-through
--Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven.

Desired:
--Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - CCEP)
