Our client, an international law firm, is currently seeking an Insurance Practice Development Lawyer to join its Regulation, Insurance & Funds (RIF) team in Edinburgh.
The team specialises in financial services, including general and life insurance, savings, and investment, all of which are highly regulated by the PRA and FCA.Candidates should have at least 4 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) in insurance law.
The role focuses on insurance distribution, regulation, and policy wordings, though candidates with broader insurance experience are also encouraged to apply.
Some knowledge of insurance is essential, but training will be provided for other areas.
