Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure smooth practice workflow.
Perform and support clinical nursing duties, including Schedule 3 procedures, with full training and encouragement provided.
Foster a positive working culture and promote professional development within the team.
Collaborate closely with the veterinary surgeons and practice management to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
About You: Registered Veterinary Nurse (RCVS registered) with proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
Passionate about delivering high-quality veterinary care and supporting your team's development.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach and a desire to continuously improve processes and patient outcomes.
