With a team of 11 dedicated professionals, including 3 skilled veterinary surgeons, the practice prides itself on creating a friendly and welcoming environment for staff and clients alike.
The practice is also committed to growth, with plans to become a clinical nurse training centre to support continuous professional development.
About the Role and Responsibilities: The practice is looking for an RVN who is compassionate, confident, and motivated to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include: Assisting veterinarians with consultations, surgeries, and procedures Providing nursing care to inpatients, ensuring their comfort and well-being Managing clinical duties such as taking samples, wound care, and administering treatments Offering guidance and support to clients, answering queries, and ensuring a positive client experience Contributing to a team environment and collaborating effectively with colleagues Supporting the practice's future clinical nurse training plans, with opportunities to mentor new nurses Benefits: Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE) Schedule: Up to 35 hours per week, with a rota of 1 in 4 Saturdays and no out-of-hours (OOH) commitments Career Development: Opportunity to contribute to the practice's journey to become a clinical nurse training centre Environment: A friendly, supportive team that values each member's contributions and prioritizes work-life balance Location: Work in a convenient area that balances the serenity of the countryside with access to urban amenities   To Be Considered: MRCVS A qualified and registered RVN with a positive, enthusiastic attitude A strong communicator who thrives both independently and as part of a team Willingness to grow and potentially take on mentorship roles as the practice develops its training program A commitment to delivering compassionate, quality care to all patients and a willingness to engage positively with clients   If this sounds like your next career move, we'd love to hear from you!
