Job Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Wallingford, Oxfordshire .

Job Title: Registered Veterinary Nurse Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire Working Hours: We have a varied caseload, and the role includes general nursing duties, anaesthesia, radiology, ultrasonography, and hospital inpatient care as we are a 24-hour emergency care provider.
The role is a 30-hour week over 4 days with 6-8 hour shifts, 1 in 5 weekends Saturday and Sunday with TOIL for weekends worked.
There is no out-of-hours work as we have a dedicated night team who cover this.
Bank holidays are on a rota basis.
Salary: Up to £33,000 FTE Key Responsibilities: Perform routine examinations, diagnostics, and treatments on a variety of animals.
Conduct surgical procedures as needed, including spaying, neutering, and other minor surgeries.
Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Provide guidance and advice to pet owners on general care, feeding, and wellness.
Maintain accurate records of patient histories, treatments, and progress.
Qualifications and Skills Required: Veterinary degree from a recognized institution.
Valid veterinary license to practice in the UK.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Compassionate and caring approach to animals.
