Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a new challenge? Look no further! We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our incredible team at Biggleswade Vets for Pets. About us You'll be joining our supportive experienced team made up of 5 Vets, 3 RVN's and 1 SVN, 1 practice manager (who is also an RVN!) all supported by our 4 receptionists and 2 VCA's. One of our Vets holds a certificate in ophthalmology.
We offer an air-conditioned and purpose-built practice with state-of-the-art equipment including tonometry, ultrasound, a k laser and digital x-rays. Alternative therapies offered and encouraged including Acupuncture.
The practice benefits from being adjacent to the A1, located just 40 minutes from the historic city of Cambridge and offers easy access to Luton Airport and direct train links into central London.

About you You'll help with the daily running of the practice to ensure high standard care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients. You'll have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. The key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care.

About the role We are offering a full-time role, working up to 40 hours per week. We understand the importance of a good work/life balance and so we can also be flexible to consider part-time applicants.

Full time hours would look like either of the following Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 - 20:00 and 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday) Late shift nurse - 12:00 - 20:00 Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 weekends (Saturday & Sunday) We can offer you By joining us you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care.
