Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Days and Nights Available!
Location:  Dorset Rate: £22.00 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a care home team in Dorset.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver care in line with NMC guidelines.
Conduct assessments and maintain individualized care plans.
Administer medication and treatments safely.
Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
Report health concerns and liaise with healthcare professionals.
Uphold regulations regarding safeguarding, health, and safety.
Skills and Experience Knowledge of nursing practices, including medication administration.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient with a commitment to elder care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
NMC pin required.
