*About You* * To join us you will be an Registered Nurse, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people or another healthcare setting looking for a new challenge.
* You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
* You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
* You will have experience and passion in supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
* You will work well within the team, leading, guiding, supporting and teaching junior staff members and acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice.
* You will have experience in motivating and leading the staff team.
* You will have the right to work within the UK.
