Craft and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and oversee clinical documentation to the highest standards.
Provide hands-on care and support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity.
Respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring clear communication and seamless continuity of care.
Encourage social engagement and foster a warm, home-like environment for all residents.
About You A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
While experience in care homes is a plus, a passion for delivering outstanding care is essential.
A natural communicator who fosters trust and connection with residents, families, and colleagues.
