Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on night shifts.
This role requires an active NMC Pin and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life through high-quality care and support.

Care Planning : Develop and implement tailored care plans to promote each resident's physical and emotional health.
Team Collaboration : Coordinate with fellow staff to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care activities and observations.
