Job Description Registered Nurse 42 hours per week (Night shifts) Hourly Rate: £21.50 (with paid breaks) Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship Our client's care home is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed service set within landscaped gardens, offering a peaceful and supportive environment for residents.
Specialising in Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care, the home is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care, evidenced by its Good CQC rating.
The setting provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both residents and staff, making it a truly rewarding place to work.
Our client is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team on night shifts.
This role requires an active NMC Pin and a commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life through high-quality care and support.

Medication Management : Safely administer and monitor medications, adhering to all healthcare regulations.
Care Planning : Develop and implement tailored care plans to promote each resident's physical and emotional health.
Team Collaboration : Coordinate with fellow staff to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care activities and observations.
