Responsibilities To be part of a complex bespoke package of care for a home-based client who requires 24-hour total care provision.To be a reliable and professional member of a complex community service provision team.To be dedicated to the client and their needs.To work alongside family members in a respectful manner when they are present with the client at home.To work alongside members of the MDT when client may receive support from outside agencies.To strive towards continuous improvement whilst practicing and upholding all the NMC codes of conduct.
Hours Full time/part time and bank hours available.Day and night shifts - 12 hour shifts.Must be reliable and flexible in work pattern.
Pay Scale £29 per hour.Bank holiday at enhanced rate.
