Would you like to develop your skills in a modern and supportive environment?Due to the launch of new services and an increase in patient activity we have exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Nursing Team.
You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team and will manage a busy surgical list for both inpatients and day surgery for the whole patient journey from admission to discharge.
This role is for hours per week working 3 days per week between the hours of 07:00 – 20:30 Monday to Sunday.This role is ideally suited to an NMC registered nurse with post registration clinical experience who is passionate about delivering healthcare at its very best.See what our staff have to say about nursing at KIMS Hospital.
Main duties of the job As Registered Nurse you will: Demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and be accountable for own actions, working within the NMC code of conduct.
Assess, plan and deliver care, based on individual patient needs.
Act as role model, promoting a learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of patient care.
Respect and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
