"The Clinical Nurse Specialist role offers nurses the best of both worlds with a combination of office-based duties such as delivering training, supporting the wider team and writing care plans with patient contact where you will spend time in the field building relationships with your patients and their families, developing bespoke care plans and upskilling HCA's to deliver clinical tasks.
