An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an excellent nursing home based in the Wellingborough, Northamptonshire area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers A privately-owned, well established care home in which provides 24-hour nursing care for people living with dementia and mental health needs **To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin** As a Nurse your key duties include: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' health and report changes to the care team Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and nursing standards The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload Understands and effectively uses IT and communication systems required for the role The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.75 per hour and the annual salary of £40,462.50 per annum .
