About the Role: Formulate and implement nursing care plans ensuring that quality person centred care is delivered in line with associated policy Dispense and administer medication in accordance with prescriptions, complying at all times with NMC guidelines and organisation policy Act as clinical expert and advise, guide, and inform colleagues on clinical issues associated with the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of care Maintain clinical practice through regular clinical updates.
Ensure that their own practice reflects current clinical knowledge and evidence demonstrating a high level of skill in care for all MHA support plans and associated policies Please note we are only accepting candidates with a UK active PIN and currently living within a 10-mile radius of the Care Home.
