Need a Registered Nurse for a well-established and highly respected care home that provides exceptional care for the elderly and vulnerable individuals.

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Registered Nurse to join our team and make a real difference in our residents' lives.
As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being, and supporting their physical and emotional needs.
You will work closely with the care team to assess residents health conditions, administer medications, and provide guidance and supervision to care staff.
Key Responsibilities Resident Care : Provide comprehensive care to residents, including personal hygiene, medication administration, wound care, and chronic condition management.
Care Plans : Develop and review individualized care plans for residents, working in collaboration with the wider care team.
Medication Management : Safely administer medications and keep accurate records of treatments, dosages, and health changes.
Supervision : Lead and supervise a team of care staff, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained at all times.
Health Monitoring : Regularly assess residents health and liaise with healthcare professionals, such as GPs and physiotherapists, for specialist support.
Communication : Maintain open and compassionate communication with residents families, providing updates on their loved ones health and well-being.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and care documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compliance : Ensure adherence to safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety policies.
Palliative Care : Provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring comfort and dignity for residents.
Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC Pin Previous experience working in a care home or similar environment is highly desirable Strong clinical and assessment skills Ability to lead, mentor, and develop care staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in care home settings (CQC, safeguarding, etc.)
