The Unit Provides Sub Acute Care,Rehabilitation and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire.
This is aninnovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team.
Clinical leadership is provided by a highlymotivated Consultant Nurse, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs,Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants.
EnsuringIndividual holistic care for the people we care for as well as support fortheir carers and families Ward Leadership is provided by anExperienced Senior Sister who has a strong belief in Compassionate Leadership.Supporting and Nurturing Staff to reach their full potential.
We provide the Training, Support and professionaldevelopment you need to become a confident, competent Registered Nurse workingin the NHS.

Main duties of the job Registered Nurse, Assessing, planning,Implementing and Evaluating Nursing Care.
Supervising and supporting, NursingAssociates, Junior staff, and students.
We are open to conversations aroundflexible working patterns and would consider day or night only contracts forthe right candidate.
As well as standard hr shifts and long days.You will be able to join the NHSpension scheme, plus get a generous annual leave allowance starting with approx.6 weeks.
