Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and a passion for helping others in a clinical setting. Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.* Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.* Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.* Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
