Superior Healthcare is seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse in Ashford to provide dedicated, one-on-one overnight care for a child with complex healthcare needs in their family home.
About the Role: As a Complex Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver personalised, high-quality care that supports the child's well-being and development.
Your role will allow them to thrive in a nurturing and loving home environment.
Your responsibilities will include managing tracheostomy, monitoring ventilation and carrying out observations during the night, all while providing gentle, compassionate, and supportive care to the child.

REF: SHCRJO Responsibilities Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs.
Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
Requirements Right to work in the UK.
UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community.
