Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.* Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.* Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.* Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
