\n Experience: A minimum of 1 year post-registration experience in a relevant healthcare setting .
\n \n \n \n Skills Required: \n \n Strong clinical expertise rooted in evidence-based practices.
\n Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
\n Proven ability to organise, lead, and manage patient care effectively.
\n Strong mentoring capabilities to support junior team members.
