Role: Senior Registered Nurse - Ward/Outpatients

Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

A fantastic private hospital in Essex is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities Assess, implement and evaluate nursing care with an evidence based approach, providing a high standard of clinical and customer care to all patients Assist with the creation and review of patient centred standards of care Promote an environment receptive to change Participate in the mentorship of HCA's and new starters Support junior staff in their professional development journey Identify areas for personal and professional development Be able to initiate hospital emergency procedures Understand how your actions impact on the marketing of the hospital Resolve patient / customer concerns where possible and escalate issues if not resolved Taking of blood samples as required Post-operative dressings as required Maintaining the consulting rooms and ensuring these are organised and welcoming to Consultants, patients and visitors Requirements: Registered Nurse with 2+ years post qualification experience Ward and Outpatient experience – Essential Experience in a private hospital environment – Desirable Benefits: Generous pension scheme.
