In this role you will play a crucial position in ensuring the residents receive the outstanding clinical care and support they deserve.
Your day will be filled with using your clinical knowledge and people management and leadership skills you will elevate the standards in relationshipcentered care clinical care and dementia care.
Daily you will: Take responsibility for the wellbeing of the residents making sure their physical emotional and social needs are met.
Using your clinical skills to provide support to the residents and guidance to the care staff.
Produce individualised care plans and detailed risk assessments with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Monitoring practices and work areas to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards policies and legislation.
Guiding supporting teaching and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code and following its guidance at all times.
We are seeking an individual with: Current and unrestricted NMC Registration ideally with experience leading a team of carers Passionate about delivering highquality levels of care and support.
Ability to provide care with compassion and empathy.
