Ensure Accuracy: Maintain detailed, compliant care records.
Lead with Confidence: Organise and guide your care team to deliver outstanding service.
Facilitate Seamless Handovers: Maintain clear communication between shifts.
Health Monitoring: Perform routine checks and respond to health changes.
Administer Medications: Ensure safe, precise medication management.
Build Relationships: Foster strong bonds with residents, families, and colleagues.
Promote Independence: Encourage autonomy while supporting daily living activities.

About You: Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN): Active NMC Nursing PIN required.
