Main duties of the job Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their friendly, award-winning team.
The focus of the role will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf whilst ensuring high standards of care for the residents.
Key responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks, advising families and GPs of any changes in condition, effectively deploying and supervising the care team, and providing high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.
