Main duties of the job Working closely with our management team and key stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive primary care health service.You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, undertaking physical health assessments of patients, planning care and providing a range of health treatments/interventions.You will support patients to address issues that affect their own health, behaviour and social welfareManage competing priorities and react to unforeseen circumstances, incidents and emergency situations.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Registered Nurse Level 1 - Adult / General/Mental Health Desirable Mentorship / supervision/teaching / assessing experience/ training Knowledge and Experience Essential Knowledge of current healthcare issues.
Knowledge of clinical governance audit, risk management and quality agenda.
Working within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
Competent in clinical practice , phlebotomy, ECG monitoring Worked in a complex environment managing deteriorating patients Understanding and application of confidentiality Desirable Experience of working within a Health & Justice environment.
