Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in mental health to join our domiciliary care team.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health disabilities, supporting them to achieve their health and personal goals.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to clients with mental health disabilities in their homes.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the healthcare team.
Administer medications, monitor mental health conditions, and implement therapeutic interventions.
Offer emotional support and counselling to clients and their families, helping them manage mental health challenges.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, progress, and any changes in condition.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and continuous care.
Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
Requirements: Registered Nurse with a valid UK Nursing license and PIN.
Experience in mental health nursing, preferably within a community or domiciliary setting.
Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and therapeutic approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
