Job Description Staff Nurse - RGN/RMN Hourly Rate: £20 Full-Time, Day Shifts Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship With stunning views of the coast and surrounding countryside, this care home offers a unique blend of high-quality nursing and dementia care.

The nursing home has a hair salon, bistro, and even a cinema, all creating an environment.
Qualifications and Experience Registered Nurse Qualification ; Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC Pin.
Specialised Knowledge in Dementia Care : Experience in nursing or dementia care is preferred, and a commitment to creating an engaging, supportive environment for people living with dementia.
Strong Communication and Empathy : Ability to connect with residents and families with warmth, patience, and understanding.
Team Collaboration : A team-oriented approach, ready to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
