Job summary Job title: Registered NurseLocation: Croft House Care Home, Braintree Road, Great Dunmow, CM6 1HRSalary: £20 to £ per hour with Paid Breaks£ per hour weekend enhancement£1 per hour night enhancement£2 per hour overtime enhancementShift Pattern: 8AM to 8PM OR 8PM to 8AMWelcome Bonus: £1000 New Starter Bonus Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, youll be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
This includes observation, medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually.Youre accountable for making sure policies and standards meet our high clinical standard and offering clinical guidance to the whole care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
