Description Are you a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in an Adult's life?
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse in Deal to provide essential support to an adult with complex care needs in their own home.
The Role:  In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, personalised nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
The client's care plan includes managing their tracheostomy, PEG tube, suctioning, and PRN oxygen via nasal cannula.
This involves routine tracheostomy maintenance, suctioning to clear the airway, and monitoring for complications.
PEG tube care ensures proper feeding and site hygiene.
Oxygen is administered as needed, with continuous monitoring of oxygen levels and respiratory status.
The plan focuses on regular assessments, proactive interventions, and caregiver education to maintain health and comfort.
