Registered Nurse (Care Home) Nmc

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team.

*Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
* Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
* Strong knowledge of patient care practices, including medication administration techniques.
* Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their wellbeing.
