Job summary Avery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their friendly, award-winning team.
The role involves acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents.
Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions.
You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and residents receive the required care.

Demonstrate a minimum 2years experienceand up to date knowledge of care,supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification.
Display good interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential To be successful, you must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
You should also have a minimum of 2 years' experience and up-to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualifications.
Additionally, you must display good interpersonal skills and the ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities, as well as sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
