Job summary This is a Bank Registered Nurse role at Avery Healthcare's Aran Court Care Home in Birmingham.

Main duties of the job As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be on acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents.
You will undertake a range of nursing tasks including medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions.
You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, keeping them informed and involved in ongoing care decisions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your shift and residents receive the required care.
