We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Registered Nurse Associate to join our inpatient nursing team.

Main duties of the job The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, resourceful and caring, they should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
They will need to demonstrate a good awareness of mental health and knowledge of Eating Disorders.As a member of the nursing team you will be expected to demonstrate attitudinal competences through a professional, approachable and helpful manner towards patients, their families and carers, visitors and colleagues throughout the organisation.
You are also expected to actively support high standards of care delivery and challenge poor practice should you find it.

Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC registerCompletion of Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification Experience Essential criteria Experience of Working in a care setting Desirable criteria Experience of working with people with Eating Disorders Contractual Requirements Essential criteria Ability to work a 24 hour rota system including weekends and bank holidays All new starters have a thorough induction process, both local and Trust wide, which aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale.Appointment to this post is subject to the trust receiving satisfactory references covering 3 years of employment or study.
