Job Description An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Gosport, Hampshire area.
You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers \n \n This special service is rehabilitation and recovery service for males presenting with mental illnesses and complex needs, that are often accompanied by challenging behaviours \n \n **To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin** \n \n As a Nurse your key duties include: \n \n Deliver high quality, service users focussed care \n Participate in the development of new services and care pathways \n Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy \n Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service \n \n \n The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role : \n \n To influence positive change \n Ensure robust effective clinical leadership across the service lines \n A proven track record of effective leadership skills \n Knowledge of person centered recovery based interventions \n A passion for working with service users collaboratively \n Promoting independence in a Mental Health setting \n \n \n The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £33,176 - £35,596 per annum DOE.
