Main duties of the job As an RMN with Nurseplus, you will take on a dynamic role that allows you to make a real difference every day.
Key responsibilities may include:Managing acute episodes and responding to mental health crises, de-escalating aggressive or high-risk behaviour.Offering therapeutic support such as one-to-one counselling, group therapy, or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).Developing and monitoring individualized care plans to support emotional and mental well-being.Advocating for patient rights, ensuring dignity and respect in every interaction.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care.Assessing and monitoring at-risk patients for signs of suicidal ideation or self-harm, intervening swiftly to ensure safety.
