We're partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to find an experienced Registered Manager with Emotional Behaviour Disorder experience essential to lead a brand-new Residential Children's Home Near Bexhill on Sea in West Sussex.
This specialised home will provide support for children with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders (ASD), and other associated needs.
Each home creates a nurturing, therapeutic environment where children can experience growth, independence, and joy in everyday activities.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations to ensure the home meets all regulatory standards and company policies.
Child-Centred Environment: Create a safe, nurturing atmosphere where young people can flourish and reach their potential.
Staff Development: Provide leadership and supervision to the team, promoting professional growth, ongoing training, and career development.
Safeguarding: Uphold robust safeguarding principles, prioritizing the welfare and safety of young people.
Effective Communication: Engage openly with residents and staff, addressing needs and concerns to maintain a positive environment.
Requirements: Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or equivalent) Registered Manager's Award / NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Management, or other relevant management qualifications.
Experience: At least 2 years in a management role within residential children's care over the last 5 years.
Minimum 1 year of direct staff supervision experience.
Familiarity with the Ofsted inspection framework.
