Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 with incentives up to £10,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Registered Manager, overseeing a Brand-new Residential Children's Home in Bexhill-on-Sea.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Provide leadership and supervision to staff members, promoting professional growth and development.
Collaborate with external stakeholders to facilitate opportunities for further education and career advancement for young residents.

Requirements QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (to be obtained within 3 years of starting to manage the children's home) OR Registered Managers Award/NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and Management OR Relevant management qualification (equivalent to the Level 5 Diploma).
Minimum of 2 years in a management position within residential care of children in the last 5 years.
Minimum of 1 year experience of line management/staff supervision of staff in a care role Management in a relevant residential care setting.
Worked within Ofsted inspection framework.
