About the Role Norse Care is offering an exceptional opportunity for 2 x dynamic and experienced CQC Registered Managers to work collaboratively in our flagship service, Mayflower Court.
This state-of-the-art facility provides specialist dementia and enhanced care to residents in a modern, purpose-built environment.
Mayflower Court operates across two floors: Ground Floor - 40 residents, First Floor - 39 residents.
Each Registered Manager, supported by their Deputy Manager, will be responsible for a floor within the building and the team operating across that floor, working in successful collaboration and partnership with the other Registered Manager to ensure high quality care is delivered across the entire home.
As part of this innovative management structure, you will lead your team successfully to deliver high quality care to residents, collaboratively sharing responsibilities and working together to ensure the delivery of outstanding care, compliance with CQC regulations, and a thriving, supportive community for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities Jointly oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of Mayflower Court.
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with dementia and other enhanced care needs.
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, aiming for an 'Outstanding' rating.
Inspire, lead, and develop a skilled and compassionate team of care professionals.
Engage with families, stakeholders, and external agencies to maintain a transparent and collaborative care environment.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in dementia and enhanced care.
About You We're seeking two exceptional leaders who thrive in collaborative roles and share our passion for delivering excellence in dementia care.
Alongside this, you will be able to demonstrate: A proven track record as a successful CQC Registered Manager in residential care, achieving 'good' or 'outstanding' results for CQC inspections.
In-depth knowledge of dementia care and related best practice with Level 5 Diploma and Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award or equivalent.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and a collaborative approach.
Fantastic communication skills, with an excellent ability to build strong, professional working relationships across the Group.
Previous experience in successfully recruiting and selecting employees, supported by Teams at Head Office.
Experience in achieving compliance and high-quality outcomes in care settings.
