My client is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to work within a highly successful operation.
The role requires a candidate who is confident in taking accountability for the complete service, including the delivery of care, business development and staff matters.
This is a hybrid role based in Redruth.
Package Highly competitive salary of £34,000 per annum depending on experience.
Full time 37.5 hours a week, mainly 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required depending on business requirements On call duties every 4-6 week on a rota basis Hybrid working available ( to include office and remote working ) 6 weeks annual leave rising increasing after one year of service.

Full support from Head Office and colleagues to succeed in the role Responsibilities You will be responsible for leading the team in all aspects of the business to include care, administration, service delivery and safety of the service.
Overseeing employees who are accountable for devising and overseeing care plans, liaising with various bodies to include social workers, health staff and family to ensure the best package is in place for the service user.
Following CQC guidelines to ensure safe practice is followed, dealing with audits, procedures and policies and subsequent issues and matters that arise.
All staff matters to include selection, recruitment, training, appraisals and disciplinaries.
Motivating and coaching staff ongoing to ensure the best of them, both professionally and personally.
Dealing with new business and packages, bidding for tenders and all associated paperwork and implementing these new packages into current runs.
Ensuring the smooth execution of rotas.
Working with other departments to assess feasibility to increase.
Overseeing accounts and payroll function, ensuring all dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Attending manager meetings and contributing new ideas and strategies for the development of the organisation.
When the business dictates working out of office hours and on call duties.
Requirements Previous Learning Disability care management experience or significant experience within the sector and able to demonstrate would be able to work in this domain.
Level 5 in Health or Social care (or similar) and be working to work towards Level 5 in Leadership and Management Thorough understanding of staff management and the ability to run a structured care service, able to follow CQC and government guidelines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and negotiate on all levels and make solid work relationships with ease.
Able to lead a team, through comprehensive training, direction, support and encouragement to be able to promote within and to ensure levels of care and customer care and consistently maintained and improved.
Confident completing paperwork, staff appraisals, care plan reviews with professionalism and in a timely manner.
