This service is known for its exceptional staff retention and outstanding reputation for quality care.Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care in line with a client-centred ethos.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of service delivery.Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes staff satisfaction and retention.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.Implement effective strategies to support sustainable service growth.
Registered Manager Requirements: Proven leadership experience in domiciliary care, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the sector.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.A passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service improvement.Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5).
