We're looking for a leader to open and manage a new, specialised home near Nuneaton for children with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs.

Registered Manager Requirements: Qualifications: QCF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent, plus relevant management certifications.Experience: At least 2 years in management within children's residential care, with at least 1 year in staff supervision.Skills: Strong leadership, familiarity with Ofsted standards, and a commitment to a child-centered environment.
