About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to join the team and lead the development of the service.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for our residents.
You will be responsible for building and leading a dedicated team, promoting person-centred care, and fostering an environment where individuals can thrive and live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of care services.
Ensure that all care plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident and are regularly reviewed.
Maintain high standards of care and support in accordance with regulatory frameworks and best practice guidelines.
Build, train, and support a team of care professionals to deliver the highest quality of service.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring positive outcomes for residents with autism and complex behaviours.
Maintain compliance with (CIW) standards and other relevant legislation.
About You: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a similar care setting, ideally with a focus on autism and complex behaviours.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent knowledge of relevant care standards, regulatory requirements, and safeguarding procedures.
A compassionate and person-centred approach to care, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those with autism.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent (or working towards).
