Registered Manager - Adult Residential - Brand New Service Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Remit Compass Associates are working in partnership with a specialist organisation who support children and young adults with autism and learning difficulties.
The are a growing company that deliver specialist care and education across Cheshire, Greater Manchester and Merseyside.
Due to company expansion, they have an opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis at their brand new adults service in Greater Manchester which is due to open in 2025.
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the brand new 3-5 bed residential service alongside the Area Manager and Head of Operations.
Once commissioned and opened, you will resume full responsibility of the day to day running of the service alongside a team of experienced staff members.
This is an exciting opportunity or an experienced Registered Manager looking to take on a new challenge with a growing provider.
Requirements Studying for or qualified NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (full support given) 3 years minimum management experience in a similar setting Background of working with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities Knowledge of CQC standards Strong people management skills, communicator, team player Clear DBS / CRB Interview Process Informal phone call with the Director of Operations followed by a more formal interview with their Area Manager which will be combined with a site visit.
